Because we are a new business, we start production of your item once ordered. This helps us reduce required capital associated with inventory, as well as reduce waste of products and materials. You can expect an average production time of 2 - 3 days and shipping time of 4 - 8 days. The shipping time may vary depending on your country of residence and their postal logistic efficiency, as well as seasonal events. Especially around Christmas we, and the shipping company is busier than usual, however your package should still arrive within 10 business days. Thank you for understanding.

You will be able to track your package the whole way, and we send an email once your package is being manufactured, as well as when it has been shipped. Your local delivery service will usually also send you an email on the day of arrival.

Returns

We accept returns for 30 days after the purchase was made. Please send an email to support@reconzy.com or call (+45) 22 52 96 61 to let us know you'd like to return it. Make sure you send a screenshot of your receipt if you want a refund or exchange.

You can return it to the sender address on the label, which is our manufacturer, otherwise you can always send it to the address found here.
