What we collect and why

Your email address, and whatever you type into a message. Figures typed into a free worksheet stay in your browser and never reach us unless you save them to a Pro account.

Legal basis and sharing

Nobody. We are the vendor: you buy the software from us, so there is no third party to pass you to and no introducer fee to earn. We do not refer you to any bookkeeper and no bookkeeper pays us.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@reconzy.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
