What this service is

Reconzy is software that does the arithmetic behind the decision to outsource a small business's bookkeeping and explains what each figure decides. It is not a bookkeeping service, it keeps nobody's books, and it gives no accounting or tax advice. We are the vendor: you buy this software from us directly, there is no third party in the transaction, and no introducer fee is earned from sending you anywhere.

How we are paid

Reconzy Pro is a monthly subscription sold by Ellul Solutions Ltd. You pay us, and nobody else, $23 a month, and the name on the invoice is Ellul Solutions Ltd. Pro keeps your saved quotes and scope sheets, removes the watermark and exports your workings. It does not keep your books.

The tool index

The tool index lists every free worksheet on this site with the question it answers. You may download and reuse it.

No warranty

The sheets apply arithmetic to figures you supply and cite the IRS for record-keeping periods. We do not warrant that a result is what any bookkeeper will charge you, or that a scope is complete for your business: only the engagement you sign determines that.
